Give me just a second to brag!

Each day that passes by i try to remember something cool my child has done.
Kendall being 3 years old now is really developing her own character. Very indepentdent, but not turning down a helping hand is setting off to conquer the world... or maybe just her play room. Kaeden being 1 is learning to push down, tear up , pull off, mess up but also learning to love unconditionally. He's great! When he smiles he has a gap between his two front teeth which i have to say is the cutest thing i've ever seen.......and Kendall is absolutly gorgeous she's just really got a cool personality!! She is so caring, and so sincere. i love them very much and they really are just awesome kids!!!!!! Just had to brag a min. thanks!!!!

Holidays

So Thanksgiving has come and gone and i feel fat and sassy!! well maybe not really fat but definitly sassy!!!!!!!! i do enjoy the holidays and now with Christmas right around the corner that means more food ... i like food ! :) I like fellowship with my family too... but I think what i love most of all, is rembering who's birthday it is.... Christmas had always been about food, and presents when i was growing up.. of course i wasnt saved then but I am now, and I can clearly see the reason for this season..... Christmas Day is the birth of Jesus Christ ( the one and only).... Our savior was born into this world to fullfill God's plan of salvation...... My mind can't really grab hold of all of it but i know the truth and i know Jesus Christ as my personnal saviour and i know Christmas is different to me now that i am a child of God...... I hope you al have a Merry Christams and please rember the reason we celebrate!!!!!!

Christmas time is coming and that means the Christmas Pageant is here!!! Kendall is so excited. We have put her in it to compete the last two years , and have been blessed..... This year she is ready for a new crown, but it's like I explained to her last night if she doesn't get one, that just means it's time for a new little girl to have one.... :) She acted like that was okay............ so i think i am raising her right!!!!!

What's even greater this year is she gets to experience it with her cousin Jaysa which makes it that much more special!!!!!!! At practice last night they were so funny to watch together , laughing and carrying on..... hiding under the curtins on the stage and then playing with the fake snow.... Joy JOy Joy I love the innocence of children....... Anyways wish her luck tonight's the bug night..............

First Time Ever

I just walked into work at Wiregrass Weddings, and the girls were carrying on about this blog business. All the excitement made me want to make one so I could be apart of the blog world, (so here we go.)lol
I'm not even quite sure what i am supposed to do now, do i tell you my name ,or my favorite color or are the people reading this supposed to know me already? hmmmmmm, maybe i should have done a bit more research on this blogging business. Well, Maria's way of doing things hasn't always been the best way but i figure this is my blog i can do what i want to right?
So here we go.
My husband Kevin and i have been married for almost 4 years. We have 2 beautiful children who at this point are spoiled rotten,(thanks to grandparents and aunts) but they're still good kids. Family is really important in our lives so when we have free time (which is rare) we enjoy spending it with them. Our other time is spent at church with our youth group, work, or grocery shopping. Speaking of grocery's I am kinda hungry. I could go for a loaded baked potato right about now. Oh wait i am in Elba, my restaurants are limited. Maybe i will just have to settle for a burger down at Dairy Queen. Although we may not have a variety of food joints around Elba we are blessed with some pretty cool businesses including my fine work place where you can find me tying bows or cutting paper for not only wedding programs, but wedding invitations, stationery, and really cute birth announcements.
Okay i think I am getting the hang of this blog thing!
Since I'm on the subject of work, let me elaborate real quick. This job rocks. I never knew in the small town of Elba, Al. We had such a cool business. It may be because most of Wiregrass Weddings business is done through Internet, which i have learned is easier on the customers. I think! And my boss lady is pretty low key, she's not one of those showy people who have a great business and rub it in everyone else's face. She just has a great business and helps people when needed. We are on a down season right now, so I am actually trying to learn more about the other business Programs and Bulletins that ties in with Wiregrass Weddings. I actually just learned that Wiregrass Weddings had more of the wedding supplies needed when getting married such as napkins,unity candles , save the date cards, and these really pretty garters i saw the other day. Okay speaking of work, that's actually where I'm at right not so maybe i should get back to it....... Until next time..
